The world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, OKX, has agreed to pay over $504 million in penalties after pleading guilty to operating an unlicensed money transmitting business. The exchange processed more than $1 trillion in transactions by US customers without a license. However, its lawyer stated that no money laundering charges would be filed against the company.
