Ozzy Osbourne, 76, has been open about his health struggles in recent years, including his battle with Parkinson’s disease. Despite the challenges he faces, including mobility issues, the metal legend remains grateful to be alive.
In a recent episode of his Sirius XM show “Ozzy Speaks,” Osbourne shared his thoughts on life and mortality, saying, “For all my complaining, I’m still alive.” He also acknowledged the impact of his years of touring on his health, noting that some people haven’t made it due to their own excesses.
Osbourne is set to perform a final show with Black Sabbath’s original lineup in July in Birmingham, England. The singer expressed excitement about reuniting with his friends and fans, calling it “time for me to give back to the place where I was born.”
Osbourne’s wife Sharon recently spoke out about his ongoing battle with Parkinson’s, saying he has “battles with it every day” but remains “fine.” The couple announced Osbourne’s retirement from touring in 2023 due to physical limitations.
The final Black Sabbath show marks a full stop for the singer, who feels there was no opportunity to say goodbye to his loved ones.
