Ozzy Osbourne can no longer walk due to Parkinson’s disease, a condition that affects his legs and overall mobility. Despite this, Sharon Osbourne, Ozzy’s wife, says his voice remains strong.
In an interview with The Sun on February 5, Sharon expressed her husband’s excitement about reuniting with Black Sabbath for the final time in July. “Parkinson’s is a progressive disease that affects different parts of the body,” she explained. “It’s not something you can stabilize.”
Ozzy discussed his health struggles on his SiriusXM radio show, saying he has reached 2025 and despite mobility issues, remains grateful to be alive. He also shared that he works with a physiotherapist daily to maintain muscle movement.
Sharon described Ozzy’s condition as “fine,” considering the challenges posed by Parkinson’s. The Black Sabbath rocker was diagnosed in 2003 and has undergone numerous surgeries, including his fourth spinal surgery in September 2023.
Ozzy expressed frustration with his recent health battles, telling critics to “f— off” and asserting he is far from his last performance. Despite these struggles, Sharon remains optimistic about Ozzy’s upcoming reunion with Black Sabbath, which will mark the band’s first show in 20 years.
