Ozzy Osbourne’s Daughter Kelly Pays Tribute After Father’s Passing

Kelly Osbourne has shared her emotions after the passing of her father Ozzy, paying tribute to him as “the best friend I ever had.” In a statement on Instagram, she expressed her sadness and grief, quoting the lyrics of Black Sabbath song “Changes,” which was originally released in 1972.

Ozzy, known for his iconic role as the “Prince of Darkness” in the heavy metal scene, had undergone a transformation from a stage persona to a devoted family man. His domestic side was showcased on reality TV show “The Osbournes,” where he would often bumble around the house and advise his children not to do drugs.

Just weeks before his death at 76, Ozzy performed his final concert in Birmingham, England, where Kelly got engaged to her partner Sid Wilson, a rock musician. The proposal was caught on camera, with Ozzy jokingly interrupting Wilson’s speech to say “F**k off, you’re not marrying my daughter.”

Kelly and her family, including her parents Sharon and Jack, have been by Ozzy’s side until his passing. The cause of death has yet to be announced.
