Panasonic has announced two new entry-level mirrorless cameras, the LUMIX G97 and TZ99, designed to capture life’s adventures on-the-go. The new cameras offer a range of updated features for both still photography and video recording.
The LUMIX TZ99 is a pocket-sized travel camera available in black or silver, priced at $477.99 USD. Key features include:

* 30x optical zoom with LEICA DC Vario-Elmar lens
* 4K video recording at up to 30p and Full HD at up to 60p

The LUMIX G97 is a micro four thirds camera combining high-performance with simplicity, available from February 2025 in body-only option or with two kit variations. Key features include:
