Panthers Face Leafs in Must-Win Game 6 Tonight

The Florida Panthers are one win away from advancing to the Eastern Conference Final as they host the Toronto Maple Leafs at Amerant Bank Arena tonight. In Game 5, the Panthers dominated the Maple Leafs 6-1, with Jesper Boqvist and A.J. Greer scoring their first career playoff goals.

Sergei Bobrovsky, who was within a second of achieving back-to-back shutouts, finally yielded to Nick Robertson in the fifth game. The veteran goaltender holds the franchise record for most time without allowing a goal in the playoffs, 143:25.

The Panthers now lead the series 3-2 and must win tonight’s game to complete their third consecutive trip to the Eastern Conference Final. The Maple Leafs will start Matt Woll in net, while Bobrovsky gets the nod for Florida.

Game 6 is scheduled for 8 p.m. ET at Amerant Bank Arena.
