Smartwatch pioneer Pebble Technology Corp. is back in the game with a new company, Core Devices LLC. Founder Eric Migicovsky, who sold his original startup to Fitbit in 2016, has launched two products inspired by Pebble’s early hardware. The new devices aim to cater to consumers dissatisfied with popular smartwatches from Apple, Google, and Garmin.
Migicovsky expressed a desire to target those not satisfied with the offerings of top brands like Apple Watch, Pixel Watch, or Garmin. With Core Devices LLC, he seeks to fill the gap in the market by providing alternatives that better meet the needs of niche consumers.
