Pfizer is selling off its remaining stake in COVID-19 vaccine partner BioNTech. The US drugmaker will sell around 4.55 million shares at a price of $108-$111.70 per share, worth about $508 million if sold at the high end. This is part of Pfizer’s efforts to divest pandemic-related assets and focus on future collaborations.
