John Mulaney’s variety series Everybody’s Live has become a must-watch for its unique blend of humor and unexpected sketches. In the latest episode, Phish members joined forces with Mulaney to create a hilarious Seinfeld parody. The sketch featured Trey Anastasio as Jerry, Mike Gordon as George, Jon Fishman as Elaine, and Page McConnell as Kramer, who attempted to act out a classic Seinfeld scene.
The bit started with Mulaney observing the band from his telescope, while his sidekick Richard Kind wondered if they could change the theme to “What if Seinfeld was Phish?” Later in the episode, the group checked back on Phish, only to find them struggling with their lines and causing the studio audience to become agitated. This isn’t the first time Mulaney has incorporated wacky sketches into his show.
In other news, Mulaney announced that he’ll be facing off against three 14-year-old boys in a fight on the season finale episode, set for May 28th. The upcoming battle is expected to be an entertaining and unpredictable conclusion to the series.
