A suspect in a deadly shooting in North Phoenix is being described as “armed and dangerous.” Authorities are urging the community to help locate Joseph Jennings, 30, who is wanted for the murder of Seth Moisoff, 30. Jennings, also known by his aliases John and J.J., is considered a threat to public safety.
According to police, officers responded to an emergency call at 5 p.m. on May 19 near 35th Avenue and Rose Garden in North Phoenix. They found Moisoff with a gunshot wound, which ultimately proved fatal. Detectives have identified Jennings as the suspect through surveillance footage and witness statements.
Jennings is described as an older gentleman who may change his appearance, but authorities believe his unique face will make him easily identifiable if seen in public. Police are asking people to remain calm but report any sightings of Jennings immediately by calling 911 or anonymously at Silent Witness tip line (480) WITNESS.
