Google’s upcoming mid-range phone, the Pixel 9a, has been leaked in a video showing its design and camera visor. The leak comes from a Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge camera sample video, where the Pixel 9a is briefly visible on a table.
The new design features a pill-shaped dual camera visor, which may not be as unique as previous Pixel models. However, it still includes a 48MP primary lens and a 13MP ultra-wide-angle lens. The phone’s expected specs include a Tensor G4 SoC, 6.3-inch OLED display, HDR10 Plus support, and storage options up to 256GB.
The Pixel 9a is expected to arrive next month, despite previous leaks and hands-on photos. Its design departure from the usual raised camera visor may be seen as either an improvement or a drawback by consumers. The phone’s price starts at $499.
