Pixel March Update Fixes Flaws and Brings New Features

Google has released its March Pixel update, which brings several upgrades to the device. The update, dubbed Camera 9.8, enhances camera functionality across the board, providing a performance boost for older phones. This software patch also adds new features, including Dual Screen Preview for video recording on the Pixel Fold.

The upgrade includes changes to the “raise your hand” gesture, allowing users to take photos with both front and rear cameras simultaneously. Additionally, Pixel 9 Pro Fold owners will now have access to the Add Me feature, which uses AR to add people to group shots.

However, not everyone is pleased with a recent change in haptic feedback on Pixel phones. Users are reporting that the new vibrations are tinny and hollow-feeling, particularly when typing. While Google hasn’t announced anything about this update, users can adjust the haptic feedback settings by accessing their phone’s settings menu.
