Plant-Based Supplements Outperform Animal-Based Vitamins in Twin Study

A study conducted by 36-year-old twins Hugo and Ross has revealed that plant-based supplements, such as those made from sea algae and plant-based Omega-3 oils, can outperform traditional animal-based vitamins. The twins followed nearly identical lifestyles for half a year, with one taking vegan supplements and the other consuming traditional animal-based vitamins.

The results showed that Hugo’s blood was glowing with nutrients, with his levels of critical vitamins like D3 and Omega-3 fatty acids significantly higher than Ross’s. This challenges long-held assumptions about traditional nutrition and suggests that plant-based supplements may be a viable alternative.

The twins’ self-experimentation provides a rare, controlled glimpse into how our bodies respond to what we consume. Their findings highlight the surprising efficacy of plant-based supplements and raise questions about the need for certain nutrients.
