Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, have released their Christmas card for the first time since 2021, featuring a rare photo of their children. The card, sent on Monday, showcases a collage of images taken throughout the year, including a casual family photo with Prince Archie, 5, and Princess Lilibet, 3.
The informal family photo shows Harry and Meghan crouching down with their arms outstretched as the children run towards them. Other images on the card depict engagements from the year. The couple’s office wished people a “very Happy Holiday Season” and a “joyful New Year”.
This marks the first time the couple has shared a Christmas card featuring their children, whom they fiercely guard in terms of privacy. A separate, more private version of the card will be sent to close family and friends.
Other members of the royal family also released their Christmas cards this year, including King Charles and Queen Camilla with a photo taken at Buckingham Palace, and Princess Anne with an image from a carriage procession.
