Prince Harry’s US Visa Records Released Amid Court Battle

Prince Harry’s immigration records have been made public amid a court battle between the Heritage Foundation, a conservative think tank, and the US Department of Homeland Security. The records show that Prince Harry did not receive favorable treatment in obtaining his US visa.

The documents, released after the Heritage Foundation filed a Freedom of Information Act request in 2023, state that Prince Harry’s immigration process received no favorable treatment. A DHS official said that speculation about government misconduct does not point to evidence of wrongdoing.

The Heritage Foundation has claimed that Prince Harry’s admissions of drug use on his US visa application may have raised questions about whether he received fair treatment. However, the records do not support this claim and show that the regulatory process was done in compliance with US immigration laws.

A district court judge recently ruled that Prince Harry’s US immigration files should be released by the end of Tuesday. Despite this, the full record remains redacted to protect his privacy from potential harassment or unwanted media attention.

The Heritage Foundation’s executive director, Mike Howell, has continued to make unsubstantiated claims about Prince Harry, saying he may have committed a felony by lying on an US visa application. However, no evidence supports these claims.

In response to the release of the records, Prince Harry’s representative declined to comment.
