Priscilla Presley Sued for $50 Million Over Alleged Financial Exploitation

Former business partners of Priscilla Presley have filed a lawsuit against her seeking more than $50 million in damages, alleging fraud and breach of contract. Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko claim that Presley used their services to financially exploit her name, image, and likeness without revealing she had sold those rights decades earlier.

The lawsuit comes after Presley sued the duo just over a year ago, accusing them of elder abuse in a “meticulously planned and abhorrent scheme” to drain her of every last penny. However, Kruse and Fialko’s lawyer says the evidence will show that they were actually the victims of betrayal and false accusations.

Kruse and Fialko, who have dealt in Elvis Presley memorabilia, claim that Presley approached them in 2021 seeking help to save herself from financial ruin. They say they spent thousands of hours working to revive her brand, but Presley hid the fact that she had sold her name licensing rights for $6.5 million in 2005.

The lawsuit alleges that Presley repeatedly denied making the deal and later claimed to have forgotten it when confronted with evidence. It also claims that she sought to take advantage of the death of her daughter Lisa Marie Presley’s heir, Riley Keough, to regain a stake in Elvis’ estate.

Kruse and Fialko say they brokered a 2023 deal to end a legal fight over the estate but were cut off by Presley soon after. The lawsuit says that Presley was forced into “a form of indentured servitude” through Kruse and Fialko’s actions, which allegedly included isolating her from important people in her life and draining her of every last penny.
