PlayStation is adding several new games to its PlayStation Plus catalog this month. Among them are Sonic the Hedgehog 3’s sister game, Sonic Frontiers; Forspoken; and a Star Wars VR experience. These additions arrive just in time for the holiday season, when many people are stuck indoors due to snow and family gatherings.
The latest round of PS Plus Extra and Premium games will be available starting December 17. This includes Sonic Frontiers, which is an open-world adventure that deviates from the traditional Sonic formula. It’s a unique experience that combines elements of Death Stranding.

PlayStation Plus Premium:
– Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy’s Edge (PS VR2)
– Sly 2: Band of Thieves (PS4, PS5)
– Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves (PS4, PS5)
– Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy (PS4, PS5)
Additionally, these games will be available to all PS Plus subscribers for free until January 6:
