Rams Host Cardinals with Revenge on the Line

The Los Angeles Rams are riding a four-game winning streak and could clinch the NFC West if they beat the Arizona Cardinals, who previously routed them 41-10 in Week 2. The Rams have since improved their offense, highlighted by tight end Tyler Higbee’s return after missing several games due to injury.

Quarterback Matthew Stafford has passed for 20 touchdowns with eight interceptions this season. Receiver Cooper Kupp is back from an ankle injury that kept him out of the first game against the Cardinals. Running back Kyren Williams has rushed for over 1,000 yards and scored 13 touchdowns.

The Cardinals’ defense will face a Rams offense led by quarterback Matthew Stafford, which passed for three touchdowns in Week 2. The team’s running back James Conner is dealing with a knee injury and his status is uncertain.

Key to the Rams’ success has been their strong offensive line, which hasn’t given up a sack in three games. However, right tackle Rob Havenstein is listed as questionable due to a shoulder injury.

Coach Sean McVay plans to replace Havenstein with veteran Joe Noteboom if he cannot play. The game will take place at SoFi Stadium on Saturday at 5:10 p.m. PST and can be watched on CBS or NFL Network, and heard on local radio stations.

Experts are predicting a Rams victory. Gary Klein picks the Rams winning 31-17, while Sam Farmer thinks they’ll win by seven points, 28-22.
