Rapper Yella Beezy Charged with Hiring Hitman to Kill Fellow Artist Mo3

Dallas rapper Markies Conway, also known as Yella Beezy, was formally indicted by a Dallas County grand jury for the murder of fellow rapper Melvin Noble, known as Mo3. The indictment, announced on Tuesday, charges Conway with capital murder after investigators say he hired Kewon Dontrell White to carry out the killing.

The incident occurred in November 2020 when Noble was shot multiple times in an ambush-style attack while driving on I-35 in Dallas. Investigators claim Noble escaped from his car and started running away but was then shot again by White, who was wearing a ski mask and carrying a gun.

White was arrested shortly after the shooting and later pleaded guilty to murder charges. He is currently serving a nine-year prison sentence for related firearm offenses.

Conway has been taken into custody and is being held in the Dallas County Jail without a set bond. The case against him marks a significant development in the ongoing investigation into Mo3’s tragic death, which remains a shocking reminder of the dangers faced by artists in the music industry.
