The Baltimore Ravens have suspended wide receiver Diontae Johnson for their upcoming game against the New York Giants. The suspension is due to Johnson’s refusal to enter the team’s recent matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles, despite not playing in Sunday’s loss to the Eagles. General manager Eric DeCosta released a statement saying that Johnson’s actions were “conduct detrimental to the team”. Johnson joined the Ravens in October after being acquired from the Carolina Panthers and has struggled so far with just one catch in four games. The Ravens face the Giants on December 15.
