Red Sox Make Serious Offer for Dodgers’ Teoscar Hernández

The Boston Red Sox are considering a big offer for superstar outfielder Teoscar Hernández, but the two-time All-Star is still holding out for his preferred suitor – the Los Angeles Dodgers. Hernández, 32, hit a career-high 33 home runs last season and is seeking a three-year deal worth $66 million per year. The Red Sox reportedly offered him only $28 million on a two-year deal in the offseason, which may be too low for Hernández. The Dodgers’ $66 million offer includes an annual payment of $22-24 million, with Hernández’s agent claiming he wants to return to the team that won his first World Series title. While it appears the Dodgers have the upper hand, the Red Sox can’t be ruled out just yet.
