A 87-year-old man who practiced law in Maine for over 35 years and lived in Maryland, was found fatally shot on Saturday morning at his senior living facility in Potomac. Robert Fuller Jr., a resident of Cogir Potomac Senior Living, was identified as the victim by Montgomery County Police. The cause and manner of death are currently unknown and being investigated. Fuller had a background in law and philanthropy, including donating $1.64 million to modernize a public high school’s athletic complex. Several senior citizens have died in violent incidents in Montgomery County over the past year, with multiple cases involving family members as suspects.
