The wait is over for fans of Robocop Rogue City, a unique take on first-person shooters. The game’s developer has announced a new expansion, Unfinished Business, which brings a fresh storyline and gameplay mechanics to the table.
In Robocop Rogue City, players take on the role of the iconic cyborg police officer, patrolling the streets of dystopian Detroit in search of threats to the established order. A new player, known as the ‘New Guy,’ has arrived, causing chaos and disrupting the balance between law enforcement and crime lords.
The game’s combat system is a key selling point, with a deliberate slow pace that favors brute force over quick reflexes. This approach makes for an engaging experience, particularly when taking on groups of enemies or dealing with explosive situations.
Unfinished Business adds a new standalone story and campaign to the original game, as well as flashbacks from Robocop’s pre-metallic past. Players will control a human Alex Murphy, allowing for a different perspective on the character.
