Rockstar Still Won’t Confirm GTA 6 PC Release

Rockstar Games has confirmed that Grand Theft Auto 6 will be released in the fall of 2025, but remains tight-lipped about a potential PC version. Despite Take-Two Interactive’s quarterly financial report providing no updates on a PC release, GTA 6 is still set to launch on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.

In a recent Q&A session, Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick discussed the long-running success of Grand Theft Auto V and GTA Online, citing consumer loyalty as evidence that if given what they want, gamers will stick around. However, this has led to speculation about why Rockstar won’t provide any information on a PC release for GTA 6.

While there is no official word on a PC version, the overall release calendar remains unchanged, with Mafia: The Old Country set to launch in summer and Borderlands 4 expected to arrive before the end of 2025. Judas, another highly-anticipated title from Ghost Story Games, still lacks a release date.

Fans eagerly await any news about GTA 6 on PC, but for now, it remains a mystery. Take-Two is expected to announce its Q4 results in May, which may shed some light on the situation.
