Catherine and Charles, both recovering from cancer, have recently resumed their royal duties. Catherine announced her completion of chemotherapy in September and hosted a carol service at Westminster Abbey. Her husband, Charles, also shared his cancer diagnosis in February but has returned earlier to the public eye. In October, he visited Samoa for a Commonwealth meeting.
During his recent broadcast, Charles highlighted the importance of community unity in response to past riots. He praised British communities for coming together after summer disturbances and repairing relationships and trust. The royal family’s return to duties comes as they recover from health issues.
