Nvidia’s upcoming RTX 5000 GPUs are set to hit the market next month, and with them comes the expected reveal of their Neural Rendering capabilities. Recent leaked box art for Galax’s RTX 5080 GPU has provided a cryptic hint towards this feature.
The design appears almost identical to its predecessor, but closer inspection reveals two halves on the front of the box – one composed of triangles, while the other radiates with an ethereal blue light. TechPowerUp believes that the triangles represent traditional rasterization and the glowing counterpart indicates AI-driven rendering capabilities.
If true, this could be a significant move towards the integration of Neural Rendering technology in Nvidia’s GPUs. With the RTX 5080 just weeks away from launch, it remains to be seen whether we’re reading too much into the design or not.
