Salesforce’s AI Success Signals Future of Digital Labor

CNBC’s Jim Cramer believes Salesforce’s recent quarter showcases the innovative potential of artificial intelligence technology. The company’s latest AI product, Agentforce, has shown strong success in automating tasks such as marketing and customer service. According to Cramer, these AI agents won’t replace humans but rather take on jobs most don’t want to perform.

Cramer views this development as a significant opportunity for the enterprise sector. He cited Salesforce’s claims of making over 200 deals for Agentforce in the last quarter, highlighting its tangible use case for generative AI. The company is using this technology to help businesses streamline their operations and focus on more meaningful tasks.

As Cramer noted, “When this new industrial revolution takes off, you won’t want to speak to a human – they don’t have the time to talk to you.” He advocates for embracing this technological shift with Agentforce, which he calls “agentics.”
