Samsung has confirmed the release of its stable version of One UI 7, after testing the major update for several months. The company is expected to roll out the update first to the Galaxy S24 series and its latest foldable phones.
The stable software update comes after the closure of Samsung’s beta program for One UI 7, which was confirmed by the company’s customer support team and a moderator from the Samsung India forums.
The new update brings significant visual changes to the user interface, as well as all the new features and improvements that Android 15 is adding by default. AI-related features are also included in One UI 7, although not all Galaxy devices will get them.
Some of Samsung’s cheapest phones will receive a “core” version of One UI 7, which lacks some hardware-demanding features. The update has already been seen on Samsung’s recently introduced Galaxy F06 5G and Galaxy A16 5G smartphones, both of which are now available for pre-order in India.
Users who own Galaxy S24 or other eligible devices can remain active in the Samsung Member application to be notified when the update becomes available.
