A Korean YouTuber is testing the durability of the Galaxy Z Fold 7 screen and hinge reliability by folding and unfolding it 200,000 times live. As of now, the device has exceeded 28,500 counts, which is just over 10% of what the reviewer aimed to test. Samsung claims that their foldable phone can last up to 500,000 times of folding and unfolding.
The Galaxy Z Fold 7 sales are skyrocketing in key regions, driven by design and hardware upgrades. The device has already passed JerryRigEverything’s durability test and is expected to be released soon.
In other news, WhatsApp is working on a new feature that will allow users to receive notifications when certain contacts post a new status update.
