Samsung is set to launch three new Galaxy S25 models in late January. Images of the physical SIM trays have been published, revealing five potential colors for the devices: dark grey, deep blue, pastel purple and green, and silver. The colors will likely be marketed by Samsung’s team.
In contrast, the SIM trays for the Galaxy S25 Ultra are not on display. The Ultra typically features more subdued colors, with a focus on titanium in the chassis. However, similar colorways may appear on the Ultra compared to the standard S25 models.
Cosmetic details play an essential role in smartphone sales, as they can draw attention and sway opinions. New colors can bring excitement to a new device, and matching a user’s preferred outfit or style can be a selling point. The launch event will feature updates to generative AI software, which will also be compared to Google and Apple’s offerings.
