Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge Benchmark Scores Revealed

Samsung’s Galaxy S25 Edge has been re-tested on Geekbench 6, and the results show a significant improvement in multi-core scores. The device now boasts a score of 8,416, which is a 21.6 percent increase from its previous benchmark result. Although the single-core score decreased to 2,806, this could be due to outdated testing software.

What’s impressive is that Samsung opted for the overclocked version of the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, with performance cores running at 4.47GHz instead of the default 4.32GHz. This suggests that the company prioritized performance over cost savings. The Galaxy S25 Edge comes equipped with 12GB of RAM, a standard feature across all four models.

The updated benchmark leak comes ahead of the device’s expected launch in April. While it provides relief for potential buyers concerned about performance, further testing will be necessary to assess its capabilities in extreme conditions. Stay tuned for more updates on this flagship smartphone.
