Samsung Galaxy S25 FE Leaked with Battery, Charging Spec Changes

Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S25 FE has been leaked, revealing a mix of familiar features and changes. The device will retain its 6.7-inch AMOLED display at 120Hz and feature a 50MP rear camera. However, the front-facing camera has been upgraded to 12MP from 10MP.

The chipset will be replaced by Exynos 2400, while the RAM remains at 8GB. One UI 8 is also included out of the box. Notably, the power department has seen changes, with a reduced battery capacity of 4,500mAh compared to the previous 4,700mAh.

Despite this reduction, charging speeds have been improved to 45W from 25W on the previous generation. This suggests that Samsung aims to make up for the loss in battery life through faster charging capabilities.

The device has also become lighter at 190g, likely due to its thinner profile. While these changes might not be significant, they indicate a shift towards optimizing performance and convenience without sacrificing core features.

Samsung has confirmed an earlier release date for the Galaxy S25 FE, with possible launch dates sometime in August or early September.
