Samsung has confirmed that its highly anticipated Galaxy S25 series will go on sale on February 7, 2025, according to a new leak. The leaked timeline suggests that the smartphones will hit shelves two weeks after the rumoured Galaxy Unpacked event.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to feature 16GB RAM in higher storage variants, while the standard Galaxy S25 and S25+ will offer 12GB RAM as a default. The base model of the Galaxy S25 will come with 12GB RAM instead of the high-end variant.
Four models are rumored to be part of the series: the Galaxy S25 Slim, Galaxy S25 Ultra, Galaxy S25, and Galaxy S25+. However, only three of these models are confirmed, leaving the release date for the Galaxy S25 Slim uncertain.
Pre-orders for the Galaxy S25 in South Korea will start on January 24, with deliveries set to begin on February 7. For international markets, including the US, pre-order dates are expected to be similar, possibly starting around January 22 or 23 and closing in early February.
