Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to launch early next year with three variants featuring increased RAM capacity. This decision is likely driven by the need for more powerful AI features, similar to those offered by Apple on its base iPhone 16.
The three storage options will be:
– 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage
– 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage
– 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage
Samsung has not increased the storage options, but it’s increasing the RAM capacity compared to the S24 Ultra. The last Ultra phone to feature 16 GB of RAM was the Galaxy S21 Ultra.
According to leaked information, the S25 Ultra will have a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and may retain its battery and display from the previous model. However, there are reports suggesting that Samsung is dropping its signature sharp edges for more rounded ones in favor of a new design.
