Samsung has released a second update for its One UI 7 beta program, bringing several bug fixes and tweaks to address user issues. The new update includes improvements to the display refresh rate, app drawer, and DeX features.
Notably, the update resolves various display-related problems, such as continuous screen flickering and errors in displaying personal App drawers. It also fixes connectivity issues with some TVs through Dex and improves GPS functionality.
The update adds a new option to set the screen refresh rate within Game Booster, addressing concerns about inconsistent display performance. Additionally, it resolves issues with call termination, Samsung message app functionality, and background color for weather widgets.
Other improvements include enhanced transition speeds between apps on recent screens, faster entry speeds in edge panels, and resolved intermittent reset issues when using power saving modes.
The update is now available to Galaxy S24, S24 Ultra, and other devices participating in the One UI 7 beta program. More regions and devices are expected to be added to the beta program in the near future.
