Samsung Unveils One UI 7 with AI-Driven Enhancements Starting April 7

Samsung Electronics has announced that it will begin rolling out its new One UI 7 operating system on April 7, bringing a bold new design and AI-driven features to Galaxy devices. The update will start with the Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy Z Fold6, and Z Flip6, before gradually expanding to other Galaxy smartphones and tablets.

One UI 7 introduces a simplified home screen, redesigned widgets, and lock screen customization options, allowing users to personalize their experience with ease. The Now Bar now provides real-time updates on the lock screen, enabling seamless interactions between apps and device features.

The update also brings AI-driven enhancements, including Galaxy AI, which simplifies everyday tasks and minimizes app switching. AI Select intuitively recommends content based on context, while Writing Assist automatically formats texts and summarizes contents. Drawing Assist helps users bring ideas to life with AI-generated images and audio editing capabilities.

Deeper Google Gemini integration enables voice control, allowing users to easily access information and settings with voice commands. Natural language search also extends to Settings, making it easier for users to adjust preferences with simple voice interactions.

One UI 7 will be available starting April 7, expanding to more Galaxy devices in the following weeks. For the latest updates, visit Samsung’s Newsroom, Samsungmobilepress.com, and Samsung.com.
