Samsung is set to roll out its new Privacy Display technology in the Galaxy S26 Ultra this year. The feature can adjust screen visibility based on your angle, making it harder for others to see what you’re viewing.
Samsung first revealed the tech last year, explaining that it works by scattering light through “gates” when voltage is applied. Leaked images show the display’s functionality in action.
Other Android brands are expected to adopt similar display tech soon. A reliable leaker claims Xiaomi and other domestic smartphone manufacturers will start using this technology as early as September.
