SAP SE, the European technology giant, has agreed to purchase SmartRecruiters, a San Francisco-based human resources software firm. The company will focus on high-volume recruiting and recruitment automation services. The terms of the deal were not disclosed, but it is expected to be finalized in the fourth quarter of this year.
