Sean Combs Accused of Distributing Meth and Hallucinogens in New Indictment

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been charged with distributing methamphetamine and hallucinogen psilocin in a new superseding indictment. The 15-page document claims he coerced two additional women into commercial sex acts, making him face up to 15 years to life in prison if convicted. Combs’ lawyers say the case against him is flawed, but prosecutors argue that he used his billion-dollar empire to carry out a range of offenses, including sex trafficking and forced labor.

Combs had previously been charged with sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy after a lawsuit from R&B singer Robyn Rihanna Fenty alleged he physically beat her and forced her to consume narcotics while having sex with male sex workers. The charges were settled within 24 hours.

A new investigation has uncovered more than a dozen accusers, including some who claim Combs physically attacked, drugged, and/or sexually assaulted them between 2016 and 2024. Combs’ team claims he’s sought professional help and gone to rehab years prior to address his substance-use issues, but the accusers say he remains volatile and continues to allegedly abuse women.

Combs is currently held without bail and faces trial on May 5. His lawyers argue that prosecutors are “making judgments” in his case, charging him with statutes that could put him in jail for life. The case against Combs has sparked a domino effect, with over 40 civil lawsuits filed against him and his associates.

The new indictment adds to the mounting evidence against Combs, who denies all allegations of sex trafficking and abuse. However, prosecutors argue that he used his power and influence to carry out these crimes, making him a danger to the community. The case is ongoing, with no trial date set yet.
