Millions of Americans are dealing with itchy eyes and a stuffy nose as seasonal allergies take hold. About one-quarter of U.S. adults suffer from seasonal allergic rhinitis, or hay fever, triggered by airborne pollen. As temperatures warm up, spring arrives earlier, prolonging the pollen season and exacerbating symptoms.
