Seattle’s Saint Bread Named One of US’s Best Bakeries

A Seattle cafe called Saint Bread has been named one of the 22 best bakeries in the United States by The New York Times. Owner Yasuaki Saito is credited with creating traditional pastries and unique fusions like French, Japanese, and Scandinavian treats. On the list are popular items such as his cardamom croissant, kouign-amann, and cinnamon-Okinawan sugar toast.
