Segway Unveils New E-Bikes, Kick Scooters, and Robot Lawn Mower at CES

Segway has ditched its unconventional approach to CES, focusing on a more traditional e-bike lineup this year. The company is reintroducing two e-bikes, the Xyber and the Xafari, both of which were first announced last year. While they differ in design and features, both bikes share Segway’s Intelligent Ride System, which includes automated features like headlights, bike locking, and adaptive pedal assist.

The Xyber boasts a motorcycle-like design with a 750W torquey direct-drive motor, allowing riders to accelerate from zero to 20mph in just 2.7 seconds. It has an impressive range of up to 112 miles on a single charge and features advanced features like 110mm of suspension and a 1,330-lumen headlight.

In contrast, the Xafari is designed for comfort with a low-step frame and wide tires, perfect for “long rides and endless exploration.” The bike has an 80nm motor and can travel up to 88 miles on a single charge. Both bikes also feature Segway’s Intelligent Ride System, which includes innovative features like the AirLock system.

Segway is not just focusing on e-bikes this year; it’s also releasing its third-generation kick scooters. The GT3 Pro leads the pack with incredible acceleration and top speed, while the GT3 is great for hill climbing. Additionally, Segway is upgrading its lineup of robot lawn mowers with the Navimow X3, which offers improved AI capabilities and integration with smart home systems.

Segway’s products are designed to provide a unique riding experience, whether it’s on an e-bike, kick scooter, or robot mower. With their focus on innovation and technology, Segway is poised to become a major player in the e-mobility market.
