Singer-actress Selena Gomez, 32, has announced that she and producer Benny Blanco, 36, are engaged! The couple shared the news on Instagram via a carousel post featuring photos of their engagement ring and a sweet moment from their celebration.
Blanco confirmed his excitement for their future together with a cheeky comment: “hey wait… that’s my wife.” Gomez also posted a mirror selfie showcasing her new ring in her Instagram Stories.
Gomez and Blanco had previously collaborated on the 2019 single “I Can’t Get Enough” and started dating in June 2023. They made their red carpet debut at the 2024 Emmys and have been open about their relationship, with Gomez telling Apple Music’s Zane Lowe that she feels safe and loved with Blanco.
In an interview with TIME, Gomez revealed that before meeting Blanco, she had planned to adopt a baby at 35 if she hadn’t met him. Now, it seems her future plans have changed – forever begins now for the couple!
