Pop star Selena Gomez has released a new album titled “I Said I Love You First,” marking her return to music after teasing that she might be done with it. The album is a collaboration between Gomez and her fiancé, producer Benny Blanco.
Gomez previously hinted at working on music together in recent months, sharing videos and photos with Blanco in the studio. The couple’s relationship has been growing stronger since they started dating in June 2023.
This new album follows Gomez’s last full-length project, “Rare,” released in 2020, which debuted atop the Billboard 200 chart and included her No. 1 hit single “Lose You to Love Me.” She also released a Spanish-language EP, “Revelación,” in 2021.
Blanco has worked with Gomez on several occasions before, including on songs like “Kill Em with Kindness” and “Same Old Love” from her 2015 album “Revival.” The couple’s collaboration on this new album will likely be met with excitement from fans.
