Sigma BF Camera Unveiled with Full-Frame Sensor and Simple Design

Sigma has announced the BF, a 24-megapixel full-frame L-Mount camera that promises to revolutionize digital photography with its uncompromising new vision. The camera balances performance with simplicity, making it an attractive option for professionals and enthusiasts alike.

Key features of the Sigma BF include a 35mm full-frame BSI CMOS sensor, hybrid phase and contrast detection autofocus, ISO 100-102400, and 6K30 video capabilities. The camera also boasts a unique user interface with pressure-sensitive haptic buttons and dial, as well as a range of 13 color modes.

The BF features a unibody structure made from a single block of aluminum, which takes seven hours to carve out. It has 230GB of internal memory, allowing users to store over 14,000 JPEG files or 4,300 uncompressed RAW images. The camera also supports fast charging and data transfer speeds via USB-C.

One notable feature of the Sigma BF is its evolved autofocus system, which combines phase detection and contrast detection for improved accuracy. Additionally, the camera supports high-resolution 6K and L-Log recording, making it suitable for professional video production.
