Singer D4vD has canceled his tour dates after 15-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez was found dead in his Tesla three weeks ago. A death certificate released reveals that Celeste was not pregnant and had undergone an autopsy before being given to her family.
The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner is still waiting for toxicology results, but the manner of death has been listed as deferred while authorities investigate. The LAPD and police captain Scot Williams are trying to determine if Celeste’s death was a result of foul play or another cause.
As part of the investigation, detectives obtained a search warrant for D4vD’s rented Hollywood Hills home, which showed that various items had been recovered from the property. This case is currently being investigated by robbery-homicide detectives with the LAPD and authorities are working to establish a connection between Rivas Hernandez and D4vD.
The “Romantic Homicide” singer has not commented publicly on the case, but his spokesperson stated that he was cooperating with authorities. Celeste’s disappearance in April 2024 remains unsolved, and her death has left fans and the music industry shocked.
