However, globally, Mufasa took home $77.1 million, surpassing Sonic’s $74 million. With a worldwide cume of $327.9 million, the Disney film reigns supreme at the global box office. Meanwhile, Nosferatu continues its successful run with an additional $21.1 million, while Wicked and Moana 2 also earned significant amounts.
Other films, including A Complete Unknown, Babygirl, Gladiator II, Homestead, and The Fire Inside, rounded out the top 10 domestic box office rankings. Despite some stiff competition, Sonic remains the leading contender at the box office.
