South Korean actress Kim Sae-ron has died at the age of 24, according to a report by Yonhap News Agency on February 16. The cause of death has not been disclosed, but police have stated that there is no indication of foul play.

Sae-ron had gained recognition for her role in Netflix’s Bloodhounds series, released in 2023. She had previously appeared in various films and television shows, including A Brand New Life and The Man From Nowhere.

The actress had faced a setback in her career after being involved in a drunk driving incident in May 2022, which resulted in fines totaling approximately $13,850. Sae-ron expressed remorse for the accident and vowed to learn from her mistake.

Sae-ron’s last public post on social media was in January, where she shared a solo portrait with an emoji caption. Her acting career had been halted since the incident.
