“South Park,” the popular Comedy Central series, has escalated its war with Donald Trump in a new episode titled “Sickofancy.” The latest installment continued a season-long thread of mocking President Trump and depicting him in a romantic relationship with Satan. In one scene, a long line of guests, including Apple CEO Tim Cook and Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, present Trump with gifts, praising his physical attributes.
Meanwhile, Towelie, a talking towel, is sent to Washington to lobby for marijuana law changes and suck up to Trump. Upon arrival, he finds statues of Thomas Jefferson and Abraham Lincoln replaced with Trump’s statues, which undermines the president’s masculinity. In another scene, guests are warned not to stare directly at Trump.
The episode also features Satan speaking with ChatGPT about trying to escape his relationship with Trump, only to conclude there’s no escape. Vice President JD Vance appears in a bedroom scene between Trump and Satan, where he is depicted as Trump’s servant.
This latest episode builds on the show’s Season 27 pattern of releasing one episode every two weeks. With “Sickofancy,” South Park keeps up its satire of the Trump administration, which has been a major part of its season-long narrative.
