Saber Interactive has released the third major content update for its popular game Space Marine 2, dubbed Datavault. The patch adds a new chamber to the battle barge, known as Datavault, where players can catalogue data on enemies to earn rewards. A new Tyranid unit, the terrifying Biovore, is also introduced, featuring crab-like legs and an organic cannon.
The update includes various multiplayer features such as a new PvP map themed after Necron tombs, quality-of-life improvements, and balance tweaks. Additionally, a new season pass with Raven Guard and Salamander armor sets has been released, along with a new Absolute difficulty mode. The full patch notes can be found on the Focus website.
Players can now compete challenges in Operations to earn data currency, which can be used to unlock power armor pieces and weapon skins. This update marks a significant addition to the game’s ongoing support, showcasing Saber Interactive’s commitment to its community.
